How does it work?

• Work 3^rd shift as a part-time package handler at UPS Worldport in Louisville, Kentucky.
• Get paid a regular wage from UPS starting at $21/hour. The work week is 5 nights, working 3.5 to 5 hours per night. All positions average between 15 and 25 hours weekly. (This will vary depending on operational needs.)
• Get your in-state tuition paid at Â鶹¹ú²ú and we™ll even pay for your degree at the University of Louisville (UofL) upon completion of your associate degree.
• You are eligible for every fall and spring semesters and academic bonuses.
• Receive customized career coaching to assist with resume writing, interviewing and job search skills.
• Receive financial literacy services to help you create a budget, save money, make sound financial decisions, and build your wealth.
• Employees, along with their spouses and dependents, receive health, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance coverage after 9 months of employment. Employees also receive paid vacation and holidays after one year of employment. They also have the ability to purchase UPS stock.
